If you are not satisfied with your Cyclegraphics, for any reason, within the first three
(3) months of your purchase, use info from our 'Contact Us' Page
to get Return Authorization for Exchange or Refund. Also, in the event of a lost graphic you may
request Replacement.
Once you've contacted us and we've verified addresses, you will need to return the damaged graphics to us. We will send your replacement Cyclegraphic via Priority Mail (for domestic shipments) upon receipt.

Please include your original purchase receipt and your Return Authorization, and we will refund your original Cyclegraphics purchase price. If the problem is functional such as a printing error, we will also refund your shipping charge.
Please package your Cyclegraphics so that it won't be creased or damaged in shipping, we will reuse it for photo shoots and product demonstrations.

Please fax, mail or email a photo to us with the side that is intact and a photo of the opposite side, then we can identify and send the appropriate Cyclegraphics.
Cyclegraphics are intended to be fun, not frustrating. We want you to enjoy the custom look of your bike and feel good about your purchases from us. So please let us know if you encounter any problems at all!
